Tips to Make Your Order Smooth and Easy – From Selection to Checkout

Product Selection

If you already know what You’re looking for, the process is simple.

Shopping Cart

  1. Click the Add to Cart button to place Your selected item in the cart.

  2. In the cart, You’ll clearly see everything You’ve added — including the product name, availability, quantity (which You can adjust freely), and the price both with and without VAT.

  3. You can view the full contents of Your cart at any time — either when You add an item or by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

Shipping & Billing Address

If Your shipping address differs from Your billing address, please fill in both fields accurately. For company purchases, don’t forget to include Your Company ID and VAT number.

We’ll also need Your phone number and email address to contact You and ensure successful delivery.

Shipping & Payment

We deliver via courier, or You can pick up Your order in person at our collection point.

Before we dispatch the goods, payment must be received in our account. Once Your order is placed, You’ll receive a pro forma invoice along with information about the expected delivery date.

Order Summary & Completion

Before submitting the order, You’ll be shown a complete summary. If everything looks correct, simply click Submit Order to finish.

You’ll receive email updates at every stage of the order process. This way, You’ll always know exactly what’s happening with Your order and when to expect delivery.

If You wish to modify, cancel an item, or cancel the entire order, please contact us by phone at +420 608 37 36 37.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders for products marked as “out of stock” or “sold out” in cases where the item can no longer be delivered or replaced, or if there has been a significant price change. Should this happen, You’ll of course be informed. If You’ve already paid for part or all of the order, the corresponding amount will be refunded to Your account.
