In 2023, we proceeded to fundamentally improve one of the most important components of every reel mower – the lower blade of the ELO 1 model. Thanks to the experience gained from the first series and suggestions from users, we designed a new version of the blade, which brings several advantages.
The new lower blade is more robust, made of higher-quality alloy steel, which ensures a longer blade life and higher resistance to dulling and deformation. At the same time, we have adjusted the blade geometry – the result is a cleaner and more even cut with less need for fine-tuning during the season. The third key improvement is a stronger and more stable mounting of the blade in the mower body, which ensures a constant position relative to the reel even during long-term use.
This improvement brings not only a higher quality of cut, but also a reduced need for adjustment and sharpening. It is an example of a small but important innovation, which in practice means more convenient maintenance and longer service intervals.
