In the fall of 2024, United Stripes s.r.o., the company that develops and manufactures ELO mowers, moved from Litomyšl to Prague—right to the headquarters of Greenkeeping s.r.o., which has been responsible for sales, distribution, and customer service since the beginning. For the first time, production and sales came together under one roof.
Combining development and sales
This step was an important milestone for the ELO brand. While prototypes were being created and production was underway in Litomyšl, Greenkeeping was building a path to customers from its Prague headquarters. The move of United Stripes to Prague enabled both parts of the project to work much more closely together – from development and assembly to immediate response to market needs.
New premises in Prague
At Greenkeeping's headquarters, we built a temporary ELO 1 assembly workshop, an ELO 2 development space, and facilities for preparing other projects. Prague thus became not only a sales center but also the production base for the ELO brand.
More effective teamwork
The move to Prague has enabled us to connect the United Stripes production team with the Greenkeeping sales and service team. This has resulted in faster communication, better organization, and greater flexibility. Customers can now be sure that their suggestions are immediately passed on to developers and designers.
Gateway to Europe
The Prague base is also ideal for foreign expansion. It is from here that the first deliveries of ELO mowers are being sent to Germany, the Netherlands, and Slovakia. The move to Prague thus symbolizes a new phase: from a regional project to a European brand.
